The Holy Terrors softball program includes both an in-house league for younger players to learn the game, as well as travel teams that play in leagues across the area.
Our in-house program starts at age four and seeks to teach young girls the fundamentals of softball, while also instilling in them the values of teamwork, fair play, good sportsmanship and, most of all, fun. The players begin with tee-ball, then progress through coach-pitch and finally pitching machine, as they improve their skills and grow to enjoy the game.
Our travel program allows the players to take the basic skills learned during in-house and apply it in a more competitive setting. Starting around the age of seven, children play official games and continue to grow as ballplayers. Our teams play in the Northeast Peanut League, along with other area leagues. Also available is fall softball, hosted by Holy Terrors, which gives the boys the opportunity to keep their skills sharp in a less competitive setting
Several Holy Terrors squads have won league championships in recent years, a testament to the players, coaches and parents that make up our organization.
